This was the second caliber that the Winchester Model 1873 lever-action rifle was offered in. Due to its popularity, many other manufacturers also chambered their rifles and pistols for this caliber as well.

New reformed 4440 brass.
Looks clean and correct.
Box is not marked as a black powder load. Not an issue for newer weapons, but would help the older BP ONLY rifle/ pistol owners, so not confuse a modern cowboy load with the BP loads.
Haven’t fired any yet.
